THURN & BAUER and its subsidiaries process your data, for example, when you submit a specific inquiry about a property presented on our website or about our services as a property developer, property management company, real estate agent or through our customer service departments, or when you contact us in any other way.

Sending free documents

If you would like to receive information material from us, your data will be processed to fulfill your request. If it is necessary to send it by post, we will transmit your data to the respective delivery service provider. In order to be able to answer any queries you may have, your data will be stored three months after the materials have been sent. We therefore ask for your understanding that, should you contact us again at a later point in time, we will no longer be able to provide you with any information as the data will no longer be stored in our system.

 

Inquiries by email, letter or using the contact form

If you would like to receive information from us about certain offers or services of the company, we will process your data to process your request. We will delete your personal data within the framework of your inquiry, suggestion or complaint after one year at the latest. Procurement processes

In the context of solicitation of offers or tenders, we process the data you provide to correctly carry out the procedure in order to ultimately be able to determine the most economical offer. In these procedures, we are sometimes supported by external companies (e.g. legal representatives, experts, consulting companies) to whom we have to transmit the data in order to provide these services.
