Venice, Florida

Mid-century modern icon

The Herron house, created by world renowned architect Victor A. Lundy, is not only a real eye-catcher, but a winner of the American Institute of Architecture’s contest for the best modern houses in the south of the United States, in the 1950s.

We restored this private residence with a lot of love and fine attention to detail, and have managed to return it to its original glory. This finally brings the brick wall enclosed laminated-wood roof structure back into the spotlight.
